Station Road Accommodation

This impressive family home sleeps six and overlooks the harbour and the Moray Firth. There is plenty of living space to have your own wee corner and the views from the garden are stupendous – perfect for an early morning cuppa in the sunshine or a chilled glass of wine on a lazy summers evening whilst looking out for the dolphins. You won’t ever want to leave…

Downstairs

Enter through the bright red front door into a spacious hallway. To the left is the living room with seating for six, a log burner, a 42” LED TV with Freeview and plenty of DVD’s to keep everyone entertained.

To the right is the dining room which leads onto the kitchen. The large dining room has an oak table with seating for six, plenty of books, games and jigsaws, an iPod dock and a flat screen TV that can be viewed from the dining room or kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and utensils.

Also off the hallway at the back of the house is a shower room and utility room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This is also where you’ll find the vacuum cleaner, ironing board, fishing nets, buckets and spades, beach towels and doggie towels (for muddy paws!).

You can gain access to the garden via the steps at the back of the house in a small courtyard off the back hallway.


Upstairs

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with fantastic views out of both windows across the harbour and out to sea. A strategically placed chair and binoculars will keep you occupied for hours! The twin room has two single beds with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has bunk beds – who doesn’t love bunk beds? ! With a chest of drawers and big squishy beanbag.

All our beds are made-up with all season, hypo-allergenic bedding and all have alarm clock/iPod docks. The main bathroom is also upstairs with a large P-bath and shower over the bath. There is an in-genius light tunnel which fills the bathroom with natural light.


Outside

The house has its own private driveway with room for two small cars. There is on-road parking a short walk down the hill for any additional vehicles. The main patio area is the real wow-factor – whatever the weather! With stupendous views across the harbour and the Moray Firth, it’s perfect for BBQ’s, a glass of wine and dolphin watching. You won’t want to ever leave!
